and buyer and guide them towards the final sale in the office of the

attorney of your choice. To be clear, this is NOT an exclusivity

agreement; the sale is open for all but only via the listing agent. We

have a package available for owner who wants to sell fast and who do

not have time to go true all the headache that present day real estate

marketing bring along and this is fixed on the price for this Listing Agency Packet is 12,000.00 THB, paid before the action start what takes maximum 5 days. This amount will be deducted when the property is sold from the listing agent’s commission.

Details plus website send to over 300 real estate agents or related people in Pattaya (With several of the largest real estate agencies in Pattaya placing it on their website)

 

Arrange contracts with the agencies.

 

Receive all emails and phone calls to follow up all reqeusts by sending more details.

 

Take agents with and without clients and potential buyers and organize and attend all property viewings.

 

Guide buyers true the whole buying process, bringing them to the appointed lawyer.

 

Get the final payments to the right people by the appointed lawyer.

 

Although the marketing is powerful, there is never a guarantee for sales. The final sale depend on factors such as demands, market situation, political turmoil, value for money, return on investment , commission rate for the agencies and more. A loan on the property will speed up the sale. Contracts that can be made are: between listing seller and listing agent, seller and agent, seller and bank or loan office, seller and lawyer with power of attorney to finalize the sale.
