Arrange contracts with the agencies.

Take agents with and without clients and potential buyers and organize and attend all property viewings.

 

Guide buyers true the whole buying process, bringing them to the appointed lawyer.

 

Get the final payments to the right people by the appointed lawyer.

 

Although the marketing is powerful, there is never a guarantee for sales. The final sale depend on factors such as demands, market situation, political turmoil, value for money, return on investment , commission rate for the agencies and more.
